Can some one help me understand where does the pending worker see the enterprise onboarding step mes

Summary:

hi we have an enterprise onboarding

one of the steps are triggered 10 days before the start date

i gave this massage in the setup

but the employee doesnt see it any where

where does he suppose to see it ?
