Last Update Date for Talent Ratings

Summary:

I am trying to get an accurate report of talent/profile ratings and the last updated date by manager. In the Workforce Talent Review - Talent Review Meeting Real Time subject area, the only "Last Update Date" field creates additional rows for each person and we're unsure what updates these rows are capturing (any update to their profile or assignment?).

Has anyone had this requirement and been able to accomplish it in OTBI or even a BIP report?
