Summary:

We've created a rule show an error if DOB or SSN is blank for specific contact types. The rule works fine when creating new contacts. However, we are getting an error when the existing contact type (who does not require SSN/DOB) get's update to a type that does require it. For example, the change from Fiance to Spouse.

Looking for guidance on how to fix the rule or what conditions we are missing that will resolve the error.
