How to display the data in single select from a table

How to display the data in single select as well as display the data from rest API

Hi All,

I have a requirement where we have implemented the edit button for each record in a table and whenever user click on edit button a pop up will be display where user can see all fields and the records of the associate row of the table.

Currently, as per design we have single select field in pop up where we were able to show data from REST API response however, we are not able to show the current row data once the pop up is open.
