Conditions for job offer letter template

Hello everyone,

We are currently trying to provide conditions for some sentences in our job offer letter however they are not working. Our Language conditions are working correctly, but the Sentence conditions are not working correctly. For example we would like to have the following conditions:

  1. If PLAN_NAME= Other Allowances and OPTION_NAME= Disturbance Allowance then first sentence --> to achieve that we used two conditions one for Plan Name and one for Option Name
  2. If PLAN_NAME= Allowances and OPTION_NAME= Company Car/Car Allowance then second sentence --> to achieve that we used conditions one for Plan Name and one for Option Name
