This message shows up for my Always Free instance:

This instance is currently unavailable due to an issue with the underlying infrastructure. If the instance is unavailable for more than 30 minutes, contact support.

I have tried force rebooting the instance and the instance works for a little while but then becomes unresponsive (sometimes more than 30 minutes) and I need to force reboot again. I'm not quite sure what the issue is and wondering if anyone has had a similar problem?
