Phone Number Formatting
Summary: Phone Number input mask: 555/555-1212
For some reason our phone number formats are required to have a forward slash rather than a dash/hyphen. Can anyone tell us why this might be? I don't see a TCC requirement nor anything in those sq/cfg files.
Obviously this might be specific to our implementation requirements, but I cannot devise why this is so. Any thought?
Thanks in advance!
