To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered. (newly added) Please note that it is also important to respond to EACH comment your question receives. Your Yes or No response ensures an accurate status for your question.

Security question for ORC Recruiting Type field to identify “Confidential”

Security question for ORC Recruiting Type field to identify “Confidential”

If we were to have a value in the Recruiting Type field to identify “Confidential” or “HR”, could this be auto-populated based on a specific criteria? Such as, if the job function is “Human Resources”, default to “HR” or if the career band/level is “E1”, “E2”, “E3”, etc., default to “Confidential”? Otherwise, default to “Standard” or whatever the other value we have included is.

Just trying to think of how to simplify and ensure the reqs are not visible without the potential of a recruiter answering the drop down value incorrectly

Howdy, Stranger!
