22D HR Admin Unable to see all journey tasks from Assigned Journey page

Content (required):

we have setup Journey will 4 tasks. each task is dependent on previous task. HR Admin is performer of the final task in journey

After allocating journey and completing 3 tasks when we go as HR admin , Admin is able to see only his task and cannot see details of other 3 tasks.

Also since he is HR admin we should be able to see progress of journey at all stages but task details are not showing up for HR admin.

We have tested this with seeded roles Human Capital Management Administrator View All Data role.
