Negotiated Flag based on Requisition Total Amount

Hello Experts,

We are currently creating an automatic PO based on negotiated flag checked on requisition which is based on Smart Form.

I have a requirement to have automated PO based on dollar amount on requisition.

For an example if requisition amount is more than 25K USD then PO should NOT create automatically. If requisition amount is less than 25K USD, then PO should create automatically after requisition approval.

Please suggest a way to handle this requirement.

I was thinking about Negotiated flag which is driving automatic PO. Is there any way I can control Negotiated flag ON/OFF based on dollar amount on requisition.
