Summary:

What are the impacts of moving away from processing transferred associates in Manage Job Offers (MJO). The recruiting process would be the same up until the associate is moved to HR in ORC. At that point, instead of completing the transaction in Manage Job Offer, the HR user would initiate a Local/Global transfer. We would leave the transaction in the Processing in Progress status in MJO.
