30 fixed days in a month
Summary: Customer wants to have 30 days fixed for all months in a year.
Content (required): Proration should be based on 30 days in a month. E.g. If employee is hired on 15th Feb 2022, then he/she should be paid for 16 days and not 14 days. Same applicable for Termination.
