We want to somehow stop candidates progressing through the CSP without completing their RMI. Any suggestions how we can do this?

I have configured a 'Request for Information Updated' event to move the candidate to a specific phase and state.


My concern is though a recruiter can still move them here manually, even if the candidate hasn't completed this information
