Seeking Understanding / Assistance with Custom Source Tracking in Recruiting

Summary:

I have reviewed the documentation around candidate source tracking (https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/talent-management/22c/faimh/candidate-source-tracking.html#s20064652) and I am having difficulty implementing custom source tracking. I am hoping someone from the community has insight or experience using this.

Business Case Example:

We want to send an email to former seasonal employees and invite them to come back and apply for a new job this holiday season. We want the link in the email to lead to a filtered search result page that only shows seasonal jobs (such as https://xxxx.fa.us2.oraclecloud.com/hcmUI/CandidateExperience/en/sites/CX/requisitions?lastSelectedFacet=POSTING_DATES&selectedCategoriesFacet=300000929344085&selectedPostingDatesFacet=31%3B30
