Termination report for multiple work relationships

Summary:

I need a true termination report for when someone leaves an organization with multiple legal employers, and they have multiple work relationships. I know there is a Termination Date, but that applies when someone has a work relationship terminated, but they could still have another in another legal employer. I've applied all the filters I could think of, including only to report when a primary work relationship is termed, but this excludes global transfers, so it's still not a TRUE term report, reflecting those that have completely left the enterprise.
