Need help with approved Autocomplete Rule to default DFF on Position based on 2 DFFs(Job and Dept)

Summary:

We have to default a DFF (ATTRIBUTE2) on Positions based on the values of DFF on Job (ATTRIBUTE5) and DFF on Department (ATTRIBUTE3). All these DFFs are Yes/No Values.

So the requirement is if Job DFF is 'Yes' and Department DFF is 'Yes' then it should default the DFF on Position as Yes and if any or both DFF values(on Job and Department) is 'No' then it should default the Position DFF as 'No'

This Use case(#28) is already approved in Oracle COE, and i tried this Rule on 'Field Modification' and 'Object Default' but none of them is defaulting Position DFF based on Job and Department DFF values.
