Job Segmentation - Opportunity Marketplace

We have created an eligibility profile for the opportunity marketplace configured to include employees of certain Business Units (ITALY BUs) and employees who match the configured user-defined criteria. For this eligibility profile, we associated the Job configuration so that the employee who falls into this profile, sees only the job requisitions that fall into two types (leveraging the ORA_IRC_JOB_SHIFT lookup). In our tests, for most cases this seems to work, in other cases it does not. For example, for an employee who falls under Business Unit SERBIA & MONTENEGRO and matches the configured user-defined criteria, all job requisition types are visible.
