Our client does not wish to send dunning letters to customers who already received the letter once in the same aging bucket. For example, we have set up aging buckets for collections with a 30 days difference. We use a 7 bucket aging bucket method and we have the letter templates for Soft (1) , Medium (1) and Hard letter (5) for the buckets.
