How to apply tax to Sales Order based on Order Type

Summary:  Default specific Trax based on order Type

Content (required): As a law requirement we need to apply a 1% tax to all pickup sales.  We create a special order type to identified and separate pickup sales from regular sales. We need to apply tax to a specific Sales Order Type.  The tax shoud be apply at Sales Order Level.
