W_2 - Document Delivery Preference

Summary:

We have set W_2 - Document Delivery Preference as Paper and have run the payroll and W_2 generation steps.


Have found the ESS and Payroll Admin can still access the W_2 through Online. 


Please, confirm if this an expected behavior?


We were expecting only Payroll Admin would be able to access Online but ESS also have the record under Year End Documents.
