Summary:

We are unable to have journeys triggered based on the action Hire when employees are loaded via the Taleo integration.

Content (required):

I have setup an enterprise onboarding journey based on Hire action. Our new employees are all added to the HR database via Taleo integration load. During previous testing we were able to have the journey allocated automatically when the new hire was added to HR via Taleo load, however recently this has stopped working. The new employee appears in the database, and I can manually assign the onboarding journey, however the journey will not get triggered automatically.
