Can we enable Currency Switching specifically for Manager Reports only?

As we understood, currency switching in Manager Reports is only available when currency switching is enabled in the plan configuration. However, if it is disabled, then this currency switching is not available here as well. Is there any way we can enable this currency switching in the Manager Reports area even if Currency Switching is set to "No"?
