Summary:

Should a nominated Panel Member in ORC have to be a Line Manager/Hiring Manager

Content (required):

We have a newly live ORC system and have hiring managers adding panel members who are not line managers in their own right.

In our system Hiring manager role is granted on the same basis as Line Manager - they have subordinates.

Is it the case that anyone who needs to be on a panel MUST have Hiring manager Role? If not how do we make this work please?
