Hi,

our client would like to implement in ORC the following functionality:

Identify among all the received applications those that have the best fit with current open positions and recall the candidate to propose it to him by providing for a candidate recall system, possibly via automatic email. The fitting should be done for each candidate - regardless of the job requisition he has applied for - and for each open job requisition, basing o specific characterictics specified in the job requisition that must be searched for in the candidate's CV by analyzing both the attached CV and the metadata entered in the system.
