Addthis functionality

Technical questions on how Addthis is working with our External Career Site

Our Data Privacy team asked us the following questions and we are trying to get some technical inputs from this community. We've also raised a SR for that.

1. Why Addthis cookies are placed even before the user has the chance to accept/decline it in our External Career Site? For example, try to access https://emhl.fa.us2.oraclecloud.com/hcmUI/CandidateExperience/en/sites/CX_1 and even before we accept or decline the cookies, Addthis cookies have been already captured. We didn't notice this behavior in other sites that also uses Addthis.
