Can punch out catalog appear on requisition page just like smart forms?

We are able to search punch out catalog in requisition page. But is there a way it can be displayed on requisition page just like smart forms?

We do not maintain inventory items it is all expense item hence we are not using browsing category. Please let us know if there is a way to display punchouts on requisition screen by default.
