    How to create candidate record in ORC without adding to the Requisition?

    Summary: We want to create and maintain a candidate record in to ORC, for future purpose. Currently we do not want the candidate to be tagged to any requisition. So how we can achieve this. Do we need any specific privilage for Recruiters to have this feature?

    We do not have Create Candidate profile option in ORC
