Ability to tune "use as filter" over its impact for each viz on the canvas

Description (Required):

Ability to tune "use as filter" and its impact for each viz on the canvas by adding this option to eg "Filter this viz by" section of Viz parameters (on the pic).

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

For now "use as filter" affects all visuals on the canvas. In case of need to combine some different types of the data at the same canvas (e.g. some totals info which should affects only by canvas filters, and some detailed data which should affects also by "use as filter" as well. For now you can't tune "use as filter" feature to your needs.

Implementation of the idea will make data visualization more flexible and convenient.

I'd like to display 3 tables in increasing levels of detail, using each as a filter for the next. Can't do it without this change requested above.
