California PDL runs concurrently with FMLA as a qualification plan. The PDL is up to 4 months (693 hours) while the FMLA is up to 12 weeks (480 hours).
Have configured that when PDL absence type is entered it is concurrent with FMLA. This is successful up to 480 hours. Once the employee reaches more than 480 hours (rolling backwards within 365 days), the FMLA restarts the accumulator.
Have you been able to setup PDL concurrent with FMLA? If so, is FMLA resetting after 480 hours?
