Separating data rows that pull multiple dimensions + members

Summary:

I have a report that pulls 3 dimensions in the rows. Each dimension pulls multiple members. When rendering the report, I know each will show up on a different line. Is there a way to make sure the data stays combined in one row? I know I can hide the row and add a formula column to sum the entire row, but there are hundreds of rows so it would not be ideal.
