Overtime Earnings/Hours Balance Feeds for Overtime Calculation

We have balance feeds that need to ignore employee's that are in specific locations

Example. Clerk Straight time( normal 1-40 hours work week). - We want to add the balance feed to the Overtime Calculation only IF the employee is located in NY. All other employees should be ignored .

Is there a fast formula that can be modified to accomplish this?
