Hi @KMChris-Oracle

While logging on as KM Agent in Redwood Next gen Helpdesk -> Selecting "Help Desk" Module-> "Help Desk Requests" Tab we are getting an "Error" pop up on our screens (Screen shot attached in excel sheet). The roles assigned to the user is as below:

1) Next Gen Human Resource Help Desk Agent

2) Next Gen Human Resource Help Desk Manager

3) Next Gen Human Resource Help Desk User

Is there any role that we are missing at our end that should have been added for smooth browsing?
