ORC: Delay the "Move To HR" notification

Good morning,

In ORC exists the possibility to delay the notifications triggered by ORC (for example that of "Move to HR")?

Our Customer (A2A) has expressed this requirement since this action generate a custom process that creates corporate user-account: the problem is that the email from HCM reaches the end-users too early...and they doesn't have the corporate account yet.
