Unable to Consume the HCM Data Loader WSDL with .NET

Hi ,

We are using following WSDL HCM Data Loader endpoint (https://.com/hcmCommonDataLoader/HCMDataLoader?wsdl) to attempt to generate a C# proxy class using the WSDL.exe tooling of the .NET, which is unsuccessful.

Attached the screenshot of the error, can anyone please share the sample of Standard WSDL which can be used with .NET.

And also please share the C#/.NET sample to call the Web Service directly (Including How to Encrypt the message in a compatible way in .NET)
