Can we correct job offer salary in ORC after a hire was processed?

Can we correct job offer salary in ORC after a hire was processed without having to back out the hire from Core HR?
Content (required):
There is a candidate who was hired, their payroll processed and they received their first paycheck. On the paycheck they notice a minor error to their base salary. In addition to making this correction in Person Management, is there a way to correct the record also in ORC without having to cancel the work relationship, rescind offer and redraft with the correct salary?
