Hi Everyone,
I need to default a value in the compensation worksheet display. The value i need to default is "Manager Recommendation" section from the performance document.
At the time of performance appraisal process whatever the value the manager enters in this section ("Manager Recommendation") should be displayed in the compensation worksheet display(in the user defined column).
The thing here is it is a Questionnaire. Attaching the screenshot for reference.
