How can I edit the pie report I added to the Dashboard screen?

The pie report I prepared shows the gender information of the people working in the departments. For example, when I click on the number of women, the page in the screenshot I added opens.

How can I ensure that only the name and surname of the employees belonging to the field I clicked are returned on the screen that opens?
