Oracle Cloud Support Tickets, how?
I have an Oracle Cloud Always free instance running since a while back and i need to contact the support / get a support ticket in.
The problem is that the chat wont let med talk to agents and the support system at support.oracle.com wont let med create a ticket. The only way seem to be the OCI forum and i need to get ability to send email from your tenancy.
how can i get in contact with the support the best way or is it trough this forum?
also is it possible to get this enabled?
