In need of a report that returns associates who had a change in their direct manager

Have a need for a report that returns associates who have changed their direct manager

Content (required):

We have a need for a report (BIP or OTBI) that will identify associates that have changed their direct manager. I can't use a filter like Action = Manager Change, because the team sometimes bundles different changes into a single transaction and uses Action = Transfer or similar. So, it would need to find only associates whose direct manager has changed. Also, need a date range prompt, so the user can enter "From" and "To" dates to see these changes during that period of time only. Thank you for your assistance!
