Expense item created from Expense Mobile app is erroring out while accessing from desktop site

While creating a new expense item with itemization from Expense mobile app, able to upload it. But after that when trying to open the same from the desktop site getting an error message as "itemization out of balance". While trying to open this expense item, if we click on the error message it gets vanishes and no more error is available.

Not sure why it is showing an error in the first place, even though the full expense amount is added for itemization. Is anyone facing a similar issue between Expense mobile app and the Desktop site?
