How can I enforce that changes on an element name are reflected on the User Type configuration ?

Summary:

When I update the name of a plugin, the name displayed in the Activity Details screen does not reflect the update.

In order to see the updated name, I have to delete the entire name to see the "newly" updated name.

Since we display fields in different languages, I have to do this for all of them (e.g. English/French).

Can Oracle confirm if this is expected or a bug?
