Add new organization in Job Requisition

I would like to add a the value in drop list in Job requisition, requisition structure, organization field

I would like to add a new value in drop down list in Job requisition, requisition structure, organization field

I checked some values in Manage Department, but I added a new one and I can not see this value in Requisition Structure, Organization field.

I also noticed there is a comma to concatenate some values
