DFF default Value not showing in Journey's tasks

Summary:

Hello team,

I have created one checklist template and I am using Journeys. In Checklist templates, I am using Configurable forms which have some DFFs and I have defaulted the value in that.

  1. DFF field- using List of Values--I have taken Constant-Approve---Issue- Not showing "Approve" as by default. I have to select from List of values.
  2. DFF fiels-using Checkbos-------I have mentioned- Checked-Y, Unchecked-N and Constant-Yes.---Issue--Not showing "Checkbox" as checked.

Kindly let me know if I am missing something in this.
