Requisition number hyperlink not working in requisition approval notification

Hi,

We have created a custom role for approvers, so, when a requisition is created, the approver is getting the approval notification and can in fact approve the requisition as well, but when we are clicking on the Requisition Number Hyperlink, ideally the respective requisition window should open, but it is not happening in this case.

Does anybody know what privilege enables the hyperlink for the requisition number?
