Can I delete a Bill Receivable Remittance in Completed Approval?

I would like to force a delete for a Bills Receivable in Completed Approval status. It's possible?

I marked as Canceled a Bills Receivable but I need to delete also the Bills Receivable remittance in Completed approval status. How can I do this? Is there a webservice to do this?
