Employees needing to take the same eLearning over and over

Summary:

Is there a way to set the Course or Offering to be able to keep being reused without created another course/offering? We have employees that need to take the same eLearning (nothing changes or rarely changes) every 6 months. We know that the system will recognize the learning and automatically complete if they are assigned again. Is there a way to turn that function off within a learning?
