URGENT - Default Allow Candidates to Apply When Not Posted to Yes if Recruiting Type is 'Executive'

Hi All,

We have a use case where we need to default Allow Candidates to Apply When Not Posted if the Recruiting type selected is 'Executive'

We have used Rule Type as 'Object Defaulting Rule Type'. However, I am not able to make the attribute default to 'Yes' if Recruiting Type is selected as 'Executive'

Please need your help if such use case had been implemented
