EDMCS struggles to Modify Registration for a specific application

Content (required):

Since 12/14/2022, one of our four EDMCS applications has been taking an extraordinarily long time to process each step when we are modifying the registration. It also throws errors when we attempt to merely access the Dimensions tab in the Inspector. The fact that the problem originated during the same window of time when there were significant outages going on with a number of EPBCS environments could just be coincidental, but raises additional questions. (Note that our other three applications in EDMCS are not exhibiting any issues at the present time.)
