Recruiting Fast Formula - CSP - Recruiting Type Code - Help Request

Summary:

Trying to build a fast formula to determine if the Recruiting Type Code is a specific value and if so the value is yes

Content (required):

I am working on a CSP fast formula that will allow me to check the job requisitions recruiting type and move the candidate appropriately based on that value.

The initial one I am working on seems to dislike any way I function to check what the Job Requisition's recruiting type is. Does anyone have some suggestions?

Attempting to use the database item

IRC_CSP_REQ_RECRUITING_TYPE_CODE

From there I want to see if the code is "NHA_TEACHER", if it is then Yes (Y) if it isn't then No (N)

Howdy, Stranger!
