Do HCM APIs perform any caching
Summary:
While working with HCM APIs, we have seen that response times improve over a period of time. Response times tend to be slow to start with and this improves as more and more calls are made to the APIs. This points to some caching. Is the user level data cached or is it caching of some libraries etc ? The answer to this will enable us to design our approach adequately
